Pushing the boundaries of personal, political, and documentary art, these works produced using cell-phone cameras arise from established artists experimenting with new technology as well as first-time creators inspired to document the world around them. The results are alternately comic, poignant, topical, and socially relevant. This presentation is co-curated by Sally Berger and Sara Rashkin, independent curator.
